Sparkling

Sparkling wines on Languedoc Wineshop : Blanquette, Crémant de Limoux and Méthode Ancestrale are the Limoux appellation 'bubbles' with, last but not least, the Crémant Rosé. The Blanquette méthode ancestrale, produced at the Saint-Hilaire abbey since the 16th century, is reputed to be the first sparkling wine to have been invented in the world. Languedoc Wineshop is located in the heart of the Limoux terroir.
