The wines produced from this legendary terroir illustrate the experience gained over centuries and the demanding rules of production. A wide pallet of scents are encountered in Pic Saint Loup wines ; holm oak, shrub oak, pine wood and resin, arbousier, genever, but also thyme, laurel, juniper, rosemary and cistus.
Full of charm, ripe cherry in colour with scents of ripe red berry fruit and notes of cocoa on the nose, rich and full-bodied on the palate.
