Organic

Organic wines (wines made from grapes cultivated organically, ‘bio’) are controlled by a certifying organisation (AB, Ecocert ...). Biodynamic culture is a mode of vineyard cultivation which follows rules set down to respect seasonal and lunar cycles. ‘Natural wines’ can be ‘organic’ or ‘bio-dynamic’, their producers limiting to a strict minimum additives during the vinification process (endogenous yeast, sulphites, …).
