Organic vine culture. Recent vintages have been highly concentred with explosive scents of fruit, delicate tannins and a silky texture. This wine will be best with game, italian pasta and dishes in sauce. It will go perfectly with braised meat.


Lost in the midst of a vast spread of garrigues, bordered by dry stone walls, the Clos des Fées was created from nothing and without any financial means in 1998. Reputed straight away from the first harvest, the domaine's wines were immediatedly successful. Always vinified and aged in the garage of Hervé and Claudine Bizeul's house in Vingrau, the wines, from the simplest to the most sophisticated, are exported all over the world today. Inspite of their success, they keep their feet firmly on the ground and continue to produce wines with very strong personalities.
