Details
In the heart of the Minervois between Carcassonne and Narbonne, the Domaine des Homs is located on the site of a Roman farm where vines and olive trees were cultivated. The name derives from elm trees once planted here. The 20 hectare domaine has been owned by the de Crozals family for the last 3 generations, well established Languedoc wine producers. Jean-Marc and his wife Anne are both graduates of the intenational wine university of Suze-La-Rousse. They contribute their knowledge and experience of modern day technology and commercial techniques to family traditions and experience gained over the years, building on the reputation of the Domaine's wines.
The domaine is converting its vineyards to organic culture.
