Limoux

Limoux wines on Languedoc Wineshop – With only 85 hectares and yields limited to 50hl/ha,  white AOC Limoux wines are rare and are hunted down by connaisseurs. Three grape varieties compose the blends for Limoux wines :  Chardonnay, Mauzac and Chenin. The rules of production are strict, imposing separate vinification for each grape variety, harvesting by hand and limited yields. The exceptional Limoux terroir produces white wines which count amongst the Great wines of the Languedoc. Domaine de Mouscaillo, Sieur d'Arques, Château de Gaure, Domaine de l'Aigle ...
