Limoux

Limoux wines on Languedoc Wineshop – With only 85 hectares and yields limited to 50hl/ha,  white AOC Limoux wines are rare and are hunted down by connaisseurs. Three grape varieties compose the blends for Limoux wines :  Chardonnay, Mauzac and Chenin. The rules of production are strict, imposing separate vinification for each grape variety, harvesting by hand and limited yields.
