|
The bottles are fragile. We pack them carefully in a specially designed packaging. The delivery is entrusted to a specialized carrier: GLS. Orders placed before 4 PM UTC+1 (excluding week-end and public holiday) can be put in delivery 4 to 7 days later to the indicated address. In case of absence, the deliveryman leaves a notice of passage and proposes a new delivery appointment. At your request, the parcel can also be delivered in relay point. Upon shipment of the package, a tracking number is sent to you by email. It allows you to track delivery. |
Fast Deliveries :
For wines we have in stock :
- → Metropolitan France : delivery within 1 to 2 working days.
- → Germany, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Luxemburg, Austria, Belgium, Holland : delivery within 3 to 7 working days.
Period of delivery
The delivery period starts from the date of reception of full order payment. The time necessary for delivery varies according to the destination and the type of product ordered. Delivery within the period announced is valid on the condition that the complete and exact address of delivery is supplied to us by the customer.
For bottles that we have to reassort : These products are momentarily out of stock, so the delivery period will be slightly longer : 10 to 15 working days for France and Europe.
Wine bottles are fragile. We ensure that they are carefully packaged in boxes which are specifically designed for them. Transport and deliveries are made by our specialised transporter.
Supply and vintages :
Most wines selected on the Languedocwineshop site come from domaines which produce their wines from small vineyards with low yields : the number of bottles produced from each vintage is thereby limited. Some wines may be out of stock from time to time. The vintage which is sent may be different from that which is indicated on our site : it depends on the stock which is held by us or our producers when we receive orders. When this occurs, unless you indicate specific vintage on placing your order, we will send the new vintage.
Reception of deliveries :
When the transporter arrives to deliver your order, he or she will ask you to sign a paper or electronic delivery receipt. Your signature on this document will be considered as your confirmation that the order has been delivered in perfect condition.
If the packaging is damaged your must state your reserve (for example ; 'Package damaged', 'Acceptance on reserve of opening', 'Bottle broken inside the package',...). If a bottle is broken, you can refuse the box and notify your refusal on the receipt document.
Any problem of breakage or damage must be confirmed to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Beyond this period, we will not be able to replace the damaged bottles.
On line payments are entirely secure :
1st guarantee : Bank transactions are made by the securised Cyberplus server of the BANQUE POPULAIRE. To ensure security, your commercial and bank informations are dissociated. Neither Languedocwineshop nor any other internet user can have access to your banking information. Your privacy is entirely preserved.

This code is an extra security to ensure that the credit card is being used by its holder.
