On the edge of the Haut Languedoc regional park, on the stony limestone and clay soils of the St. Jean de Minervois appellation, the Miquel family having been running their 60 hectare property since the end of the 15th century with 27 hectares planted in vines.
The alliance of modern and traditional techniques of wine making linked to eager protection of the environment have enabled the domaine to produce wines which are recognised, year after year, to be of the highest level of style and quality.
